Zucchini Bread
		Bread, with zucchini.	
	
	
			 Prep Time 20 minutes		
						
			 Cook Time 1 hour 40 minutes		
								
			 Total Time 2 hours		
			
			 Servings 1 Bundt Pans
		
								
			Ingredients
- 2 Cup Zucchini, grated Can be doubled
 - 2 Cup Sugar
 - 1 Cup Oil
 - 2 Teaspoon Vanilla May be left out
 - 3 Cup Flour, all-purpose
 - 2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
 - 3 Eggs
 - 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
 - 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
 - ½ Teaspoon Salt
 - 1 Cup Raisins May be left out
 - 1 Cup Nuts, chopped May be left out
 
Instructions
- 
										Grease & flour pan.
 - 
										
Grate unpeeled zucchini
 - 
										
Beat eggs a lot
 - 
										
Gradually beat in oil and then sugar
 - 
										
Add grated zucchini
 - 
										
Stir together dry ingredients, then add to wet ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
 - 
										
Bake at 350° for 1 hour
 - 
										
Test with toothpick.
 - 
										
If not yet done cover with aluminum foil to prevent from burning
 - 
										
Test with toothpick again after ~10-20 minutes
 - 
										
Cool 20 minutes, cut, eat
