			Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cup Flour
 - 1 1/4 Cup Oats
 - 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
 - 1 1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
 - 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
 - 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
 - 1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
 - 3 Teaspoon Baking soda
 - 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
 - 4 Eggs
 - 3 Cup Fresh Pumpkin Puréed
 - 3/4 Cup Water
 - 2 Cup Raisins
 
Instructions

Mix dry ingredients.

Add oil and rest of ingredients.
 - 
										
Grease and flour a Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans.
 - 
										
Bake at 350 for 1 hour until done.
 - 
										
Prep time includes pureeing of the fresh cooked pumpkin.
